Vista at present has to many unknown security issues
which have to be addressed and I don't think anybody
knows how many bugs exist in this software. Vista is
said to be the most secure version of Windows ever
released, only time will tell.
Personally, I don't like the idea of having to upgrade
my entire system just to run Vista. If I used Microsoft's
Windows Vista upgrade advisor which is only available
to Xp users, it will not work with other editions of Windows.
I know my machine would fail hopellessly along with many
other users.
When you do get Vista be prepared for popups, dialog boxes,
warning messages galore. I don't know about anybody else, but
popups bug the he** out of me and from what I understand Vista
has been crowned popup king. I heard it took someone four clicks
just to empty the recycle bin, so I think I will be running Xp for awhile.
