virus

Help someone, my computer started going slow so i did all the obvious defrag, used SPYBOT,NOADWARE,AVG SPYWARE and XSOFT and cleaned it all. When i try to send a message i get the error message OX800ccc60 and it stays in my outbox and wont send,i can recieve.I contacted my provider BT and was told to check all details for my mail which i did and were correct.I was told that i must have a virus and it would be best to renew the hard drive can anyone help thanks.
have added a hijackthis below also i forgot to mention tried to restore back but it wont let me restore maybe hard drive has given up thnx
