Concidentally i got a sale today thanks to you mike. i said that i had a mate who was having problems with a handset from carphone warehouse and the man on the phone said you hit the nail on the head there. and signed up with a deal from me
just be warned when you phone a call center and ask to speak to a manager you dont allways get one. Some times you are passed onto their neigbour on the phone next to them. (Oh the joys of working in a call center) lol. Just through sheer perserverance that you will end up being put on the phone to a manager.
Ye be hard on them for some facts and they pass you on quicker than a sweat drop in the Sahara
Say "I'd like to know how to obtain a copy of this recording please", "your name, ID and company address and of your manager", then see what you get
with us all calls are recorded, and we do not tell the customer until they ask, we end up phoning some TPS registered people, but its nothing we can do as the our databases get checked every 30 days for TPS registered customers.
And no were not carphone warehouse. just some one had a phone from them and it wasnt working, they tried to get it returned like you did but it didnt work. done my charm and had a sale.
