how long before chat rooms are closed down after this tradegy?

when I heard in on the local radio this morning the way it was said, it sounded like a chat room was an actual room

How long before buying rope is banned? Suicide happens anywhere and everywhere... not just in chat rooms

I'm more surprised people use chatrooms like that - they move far too quickly for me

My thoughts too. It annoys the hell out of me that the Internet is demonised whenever something like this happens.

Oh, and I see the linked report had that classic line; “I have lived here all my life and nothing like this has ever happened before.” That kind of slack-jawed reporting should be banned.

Reporters annoy me full stop! It's not the truth, never has been and never will be! The media should be shot
