WinXP on 8mhz Pentium?!?!

awhile ago i read this in my local newspaper's tech section. however i cant find the article from my newspaper's site so i googled a little and found this. which is exactly the same.

Windows XP running on a 8Mhz Pentium Overdrive *wtv it is lol* and takes 30 minutes to boot up.

30 minutes to boot up. and another 20 minutes for webpage to be loaded i believe. it never goes into system idle mode lol. always 100%.
