I just had a phone call from someone calling about BT broadband from an Asian call center when I said I don't want BT broadband his answer was " You're a Brit and don't want BT"

Yes, I am a Brit and therefore I understand your customer service is the worst in the UK, therefore I would rather go with a company who know how to run a business properly.
what I thought was amazing was how a British company uses an Asian call centre to tell us we should be using a British company
