Getting rep back up again.
I think the +Rep function should be put more to use, it might encourage people staying. I'll be happy offering small rewards for getting a large amount of rep.

Just an idea, always up for negoatiation.

If I'm not mistaken they are just referring to the little green squares under your post count and join date.

These are accumulated by other people approving (or disapproving: negative goes red) your posts. This is done by clicking on the "scales" icon above the join date on any given post.
