Default to Busy

MS Outlook 2003 - is it possible to set the Calendar to default to "show time as busy" for an all day event? This then shows up as a marker on my IPAQ using Calendar+, otherwise it's blank.

Re: Default to Busy

Don't know if this is exactly what you are asking but; perhaps:

Calendar > Actions > New All Day Event > Show Time as Busy

Re: Default to Busy

Thanks Jephree - yes this will do the trick for that entry but the next time you repeat the process the box will say "Free" and you have to manually change for every new appointment which is a bit of a pain. I would like it to say "Busy" as a default and then change it to something else on the odd occasion I need to.

Re: Default to Busy

Recurrence will only repeat that singe event at whatever frequency in the calendar you wish. If you exit to another task and then re-enter calendar to enter another apppointmnet the box is back to "Free".
