Microsoft Photo Editor- where?

Hi all

Ok.
I had MS Photo Editor as a base tool in my last XP installation. I have its link in a folder but when clicked it starts the Windows installer reads "Windows Installer is either not available or not installed" and so it quits.

Where can I find this software which I liked a lot, and how do I go about checking if its on my computer i.e. installed?

Which software does it come with anyway?

I have XP Pro SP2 and Office XP installed on here.

I need Office XP extra Office Tools thats all.

Well I had the CD and when ran it read "the Windows 2000 Beta installer needs to be upgraded..."etc and then "You do not have administrative privelages" (I have)
