How to stream files published using adobe captivate online?

Hi all you flash gurus, hear my plea!

(I dont know ANYTHING of flash, by the way)

I have Adobe Captivate 2, which I use to record product demos for our software product.

I have Win XP, SP2.

Whenever I publish my .CP file to html, it publishes it to an SWF. When I upload this to my website, the whole file buffers before playing.

Can anybody help me out? I want these files to stream and play immediately instead of buffering to 100% before playing.
