New Outlook Account / No New Mail

I've tried to add a new account for my wife on our outlook express
program served by btineternet.com. I've completed the wizard and been able to send from her account an email to my own email address.

However after replying directly to the mail or by typing in her email we cant get any new emails to the new account. I get no auto reply faliure message from the server so the mail are flying around the ether but not getting to there intended destination.

Any help to solve this dilemna please?
