Need Help On outlook 2003

Hi there,
Greetings to all,

I am having a problem in MS outlook 2003, i am using it since many days with no issue,
now a days i m facing very strange problem most of ppl completing me that they are not able to reply my emails if they do so they have got an error message "Unspecified Error"
i googled and found a solution that ppl who have been facing this issue have to uncheck "Use microsoft office 2003 wold to edit email message" and the mail format i m using is HTML.

but this also not working, then i hve reformatted and reinstalled my XP os but still problem is there.... is it related any other thing?
i found this is the best forum over the net and Hoping that my problem will sort out here.

If this is a new problem I'd suggest a System Restore to a point prior to the problem.


To do this go to start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Choose a date/point prior to your problem.

This will not delete any data but will remove any programs or updates that might have been installed since the chosen point.

There is also a "Undo Restore" should the restore itself cause any issues.

thank you for d reply, let me tell you that before formatting d pc i hve also tried system restore, but no luck,
den reinstalled d OS (WinXP) SP2, with all s/w in assumption that it will work but den no luck.....
still getting d same error "unspecified error" i also google for it too. but not found any solution....

pls suggest if any other idea u have.
