What is direct x 9.0 I baught Nero 7 ultra and it wont let me install it w/out Direct x

If that were correct it would mean you are not running a properly licensed version of Windows.

What was the source of the Operating System?

Was it pre-installed on the computer (aka OEM)?

Or did you install from a Windows disk?

Do you know the Product Key?

I had my cousin reinstall my computer for me and it didnt say it this time. I now was able to download directx. My cousin thinks I might have put in a wrong number or letter. Thanks Again
