Excel 2003 file now looks like garbage
Hi all
i got an error when i opened my file that it couldn't open it because something to do with the registry. So i restarted the computer and opened the file and now i have this:

zt\m>gK+2|Kpd'FMZ (&ݣ1Ҽ²;$ I<D$Zґ$,%̣Jt|>QҼm?˥G -@R[,_Q x^

All the rows have gone like this. Is there any way i can recover this?

Sounds to me you have a corrupted Excel file there, this link may help you research your issue if you still need assistance.
