problem with my sound

problem with my sound
Hi

I have a problem with the sound on my pc, in device manager Audio device on High Definition Audio Bus has an exclamation mark in a yellow circle, tried installing driver & will not install.
Really not sure what to do, have attached Everest report any ideas would be really appreciated.

Is this the drivers package you have?

(Click on PCIAudio, then CMI8738, then Windows XP, then the NEXT button.) 2.45 MB

Unzip/extract the files into an empty folder and run the SETUP.EXE file.
