Inspiron 6400 DVD fault
During play back of any DVD on this laptop and the picture is jumpy, like the picture freezes for a second then the video continues. The sound is OK. Is this likely to be a hardware or software problem? If it is a software problem any recommendations?

A inexpensive way to clean the eye on a DVD Drive is to use some like this: Walmart.com : Philips DVD Lens Cleaner : DVD Players & Recorders
