accidentally deleted realtek audio device...now what?!

Hi,

In an effort to free up some space on my disk drive, I accidentally deleted my Realtek audio device, it might have been called Audio Manager.

Now I don't know how to get sound back on my laptop. It is an Acer Aspire 1642WLMi - Windows XP I think.

Can anyone help? I tried to download one Realtek audio device but either it is the wrong one or I've done something wrong.

This is driving me mad - so I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable can tell me what to do...

Thanks.
