Re: NV4_diisp display driver
I'm guessing that you mean Nvidia for your card. Has this game ever worked on your computer? If so what had you done with your computer it stopped working (for example did you install new drivers)? Are you sure that the drivers installed on your computer are for your model? Have you tried to reinstall the current drivers on your computer? Uninstall the drivers from the add/remove programs, restart the computer, and then reinstall the drivers. That is the first thing that I would try. If that doesn't work then you should reinstall the drivers that your game did run on since the newest drivers might have something wrong with them.
If this game has never worked on your computer then perhaps your system isn't powerful enough to run it. Somewhere (I don't remember where) is a site that will tell you if you can run such and such game on your computer based on questions that you answer.
Also what service pack do you have? Right click on my computer, choose properties, & then look for that under the system information. You need to have either 2 or 3. And did you install the drivers currently on your computer through microsoft update or did you download the drivers from the manufacturer's website? One more thing: click on the start menu, click on run, & type in dxdiag. Click on the display tab. Under the "DirectX Features" heading you will see 3 types of acceleration, DirectDraw, Direct3D, & AGP Texture. After each make sure that it says enabled. Only click on the button beside each entry if the status says that it says disabled. Finally run the tests DirectDraw & Direct3D.

2) For hardware issues also provide your system information: RAM, processor, etc. in addition to your OS.
3) If you have more than one OS on your computer, how does your problem relate to your other OS(s)? This is especially important for hardware issues.
4) Provide as much detail as possible, being specific as even the most minute detail could help others help you solve the problem. Please tell us what you have tried.
5) Respond with the result(s) of the suggestion(s) from the other users to provide feedback, even if this only means saying "this worked!!!"
