I found a modded driver that allows laptops to have this function if their laptop's company has not released it yet. The driver supports 2 and 3 finger gestures as well as ChiralMotion. I'm currently enjoying the 2 and 3 finger gesture function because it allows me to launch softwares, control my music and open webpages simply by using 2 or 3 fingers.
Modded Driver
Keep in mind that this driver is NOT WHQL certified. So far I've not faced any problems whatsoever though. Use the driver at your own risk.
