Unhappy Accidentally deleted audio driver

Hello,

I accidentally deleted my audio driver.
It was 'Realtek high definition audio driver'.
I'm using windows XP, I already tried to download some things, but I can't get any further with it.
Can someone help me, please?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Accidentally deleted audio driver

Because I know I deleted something that was called 'Realtek high definition audio driver', and now the sound doesn't work anymore.

Re: Accidentally deleted audio driver

I deleted it from,'my computer' , add or remove programs'.
But I downloaded it, and it's in the list again(add or remove programs), but there's still no sound.

Re: Accidentally deleted audio driver

This is very unclear....
Do you have any errors in Device Manager?

What computer brand, and model is it?

Download, and install Everest: |MG| EVEREST Free Edition 2.20 Download
Open it.
In left pane expand Computer folder.
Click once on Summary
In upper menu, go Report>Quick Report-Summary
Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
Don't include anything under the line Debug - PCI
