They are being installed with Windows - as are many common drivers. I do not install new drivers just because they are out there (with a possible exception for graphics card drivers on newer cards). Generally, you should upgrade your drivers (this includes the BIOS) when one of the following conditions occur:
1. The new driver (as shown in the history of changes) fixes a problem you are having,
2. The new driver addresses a security issue,
3. The old driver is corrupt.
So if you are having no problems, and all your devices are working fine, leave it alone!
