mp4 video problem....

i have got a mp4 player
its a spanish barnd SAYTES and model is pantalla tft 2.0"

i want to convert my videos and upload in mp4 player. but te conversion software in cd is not good and my antivirus is detecting errors and virus when i try to convert.

i tried many converters and tried same resolution ie. 220x176 and i saw this resolution from the screen shot of installtion from the user manual.

there is a video sample in mp4 player and it show properties and resolution is 176x220 that is same but opposite.
pleae tell me what hud i do and whicxh converter shud i try?
it supports avi
