Free To Air Receiver

Hi,
Wondering if anyone might be able to help me out. I have been looking for a site that sells Free To Air Receivers...has anyone heard of them? I've found sites like www.f2afilez.com and www.f2abinz.com but they don't have the actual receivers for sale. Does anyone know of a site where I can buy one from? Or what would be a good one to purchase at that site? I really appreciate you help!

do you mean anything like this:
