No network connection
I have 2 PCs that I want to network together. I have them linked through a network connection socket on each of the main boards. Both PCs run XP Pro. Neither PC can see each other despite running network wizard, the network icon has a red cross on it and the message network not connected. Both PCs definitely have the same network group. I have a laptop running XP Pro that when I plug into either PC shows a connection with each other. Norton Internet Security is installed & I tried disabling this but no difference. What do I need to do to get the PCs to see each other?
