Limiting the use of computers on my network.

Hi there,

In my house, we have a Wireless Router connected to a Modem. We have two computers, one of which is right next to the Router and is thus connected with an Ethernet cable.

The other one is in my bedroom, and is connected with a wireless adapter.

The wired computer is used mostly by my brother who downloads far too many things, and I was wondering if there's anyway I can put a limit on how much he downloads per day? I find it rather frustrating when I'm trying to use Xbox LIVE or something like that and my connection is rubbish because he's downloading videos!

Yeah, this looks like what I'm looking for.. just need to read the manual as it doesn't make much sense at the moment!
