problem shareing files
i want to share files between 2 computers on a home network i have done everything the same as have done in the past i can see the other computer on mine and the other computer can see mine but i cant access the other computer from my computer but the other computer can access my files both the firewalls are setup with the same policys and have both got file and printer sharing turned on any help would be appreciated

Wonder if you have overlooked this most simple of steps
  • Choose the folder or file you need to share
  • Right Click on it then scroll to Sharing and Security/Sharing tab
  • Enable (put a tick in Share this folder on Network)
  • OK
