Networking

Hi I was wondering how I could connect two computers using a normal network cable? I use windows vista business and I would like to copy files from my laptop to my netbook. The netbook doesn't have a cd drive. Thanks

Re: Networking

You can't with a "normal network cable". You need to use what is called a crossover cable. These are available at most computer stores, or you can make your own if you have a good crimper, sharp vision, and a steady hand.
