Zone Alarm keeps disconnecting me

Zone Alarm keeps disconnecting me from the internet. any ideas y?? im on AOL

How do you know its Zonealarm? Whats happening when you get disconnected?

because it dont get disconnect b4 i install zonealarm. n after i uninstall zonealarm, its back to normal.

What is it doing when it disconnects you? Are there any error messages? Have you allowed internet explorer access to the net?

im doing nuthing when it disconnects. it does it randomly. when it disconnect, it dont go off straight away. u can know it when u try to access the internet explorer. it comes up with page not display. then u know u r disconnected. after like a few mins, aol pops up and said u r disconnected n reconnect.

like i said. its randomly so i cant really say wat i was doing.

As far as I know Zone alarm won't disconnect you. You may have a conflict there with AOL which I dont know anything about.
You might try kerio home user firewall which is free and see if you get the same problems with that. http://www.kerio.com/us/kpf_download.html
