Printer Problem: Please Help

I have an Epson Stylus Color 600.

When I tell the printer to print something, it starts printing normally and the paper goes through the printer normally.

But the paper always comes out empty with nothing printed on it.


Can somebody help me with this problem?

BTW, there shouldn't be anything wrong with the printer driver and I have replaced both the color and black ink with new ones. I use Windows 2000.

All I can think of is double checking that the cartridges are put in properly.
And maybe try printing the windows test page or a pain black and white page...
