Irq Problem!!!! Help!!! Last Time!!!!

I am sure this is the 3RD!!!! Post about this topic with no response.... here goes....

It seems that i might have a IRQ sharing problem.... When im playing any game that req. some graphics and sound, my computer Completly Freezes, My screen Shifts all burry, and after about 20seconds, my monitor light goes orange, I was wondering if it is just a IRQ sharing problem.... Look at this screen shot i took.... Look at IRQ 9 are there to many devices using it?
