Re: USB 2.0 Quick Questions

I have recently bought a new 2GB LG USB flash drive its drivers are 2.0. I have windows ME installed on my computer. Now the problem is this, when i plug the USB into the port on the front of my case the computer responded by installing the new driver, however half way through it froze went into blue screen and the only thing i could do was restart. The next time i tried to use the usb the driver didn't appear in the My Computer folder, i then went into add new hardware, the USB was listed as non-responsive and so i tried to reinstall it. However the message was this 'Windows stopped responding while attempting to start this device, and therefore will never attempt to start this device again. (Code11.). I was wondering how i could get Windows ME to recognise the device, do i need to install new drivers, if so where cna i find them or is there something else wrong?

- Note: I have another 128MB USB which also uses 2.0 and it works perfectly fine in the same computer.
