Hello. I recently replaced an LG cd burner/dvd player with an LG dvd ram drive. The system recognizes the drive (it shows it as dvd-ram.) The problem is that when I try to run the installation disc, the computer shuts down and won't start again until I've shut it off and restarted it. I've tried regular cds and dvds and the same thing happens. I'm running windows xp. Thanks for any help you can offer.
