How about some help. After Verizon took care of a problem on my PC laptop, both printers were no longer on the PC. When I try to reinstall the printer, I get "Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running." Does any one know how to correct this problem?

Click Start > Run > type "services.msc" without the quotes and click OK.

Locate Print Spooler and Double click it. Under Startup type, select Automatic from the drop down box. Then click Apply > Start > Ok.

Then reboot, check your printers, printer software and printer drivers.

Post back with any problems.
