Java wont work on firefox

hi once again im haveing problems browseing the internet i am curently useing firefox and it will not load severall web objects that use the java aplet , i have reinstal;led this compleetly and it still does not work, anyidears on how to tie java in to firefox so it works properly, this problem started ocouring when updatering to fiurefox 1.5 have i some howmanged to install firefox or java wrong so that it dosent work. So any idears on how to get java working on firefox 1.5 would be nice, thanx 4 any help u may have.

i treied that link and im still haveing java problems ive looked in the java control pannel and the <aplet> tag surport for firefox box isnt checked but it does not let me check the box witrhourt giveing a error abuout permision
