IE Webpages Collapse To Single Page

I use IE and is using Windows XP. Whenever i open more than 3 webpages, they all get collected under a comman group and then i have to click on the relevant page for it to open.

I didnt see this happening on another XP system that i use. What could be done to prevent the grouping of webpages?

Thanks and Regards,
Nisar
