Telephone Numbers

Hi after having some trouble with my Internet Explorer and trojans and spyware all seems to be well. The thing is I was going through folders in I.E. and in the Connection Wizard folder there is a sub folder called Phone.Inside this is a list of numbers which I take it are phone numbers as most of them have Nationwide next to them but more worrying their are others that have various names from all over the world. Can anyone explain them are they related to the trojans etc that I've had trouble with. Thanks for any help.
