Need help with blocking curtain website

Hello, I am a parent and would like to know how to block 2 things;

1) Myspace?
2) Aim?

Is there a way to block and unblock those from my kids?

If you use a router, it is usually possible to block sites in the router settings. If you don't, then filtering software is an option. Take a look at this page for some free software that may suit your needs.

However, I do believe that children being educated about the dangers of the internet and being supervised (checked on every now and again) whilst using the internet is one of the best ways to become savvy about the internet.
