Proxy Servers

How do you connect your browser through more than one proxy?
I want to be able to go through a proxy, then connect to the Internet through another proxy. They are IP Proxies.

My Computer > Proxy > Proxy > Internet

Is that possible?

This might not be the correct answer, somebody else might be able to confirm it, but I would presume that it wouldn't be possible.

When using a proxy server, your computer is configured to access the proxy and then the proxy is configured to access the internet.

However, if you wanted two proxies, then the first proxy would have to be configured to access the second proxy rather than the internet, something which you can't do unless you actually own the proxy server.

Oh, I see. I was trying to see if it was possible to have some software that accesses the internet through proxy, but actually, going through that proxy and going to another proxy. If it is impossible, then don't worry, it's fine. It's not a critical thing.

There might be some software out there that does do this for you, but software packages I have seen tend to use a single proxy, but like I said above, I don't think it is possible to set it up without some control over the connection settings of a proxy.
