I've just looked at
www.edenbridals.com (the other site appears to be not working just now) and I don't see any Flash coding in that web site - I think that all of the pictures are regular static standard JPG files on standard web pages. Because it's a web page, there shouldn't be any involvement from another application (Microsoft Paint, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer etc).
Maybe it's a problem with the web browser that you are using? I'm running Windows XP with Internet Explorer 6 SP1 and all looks fine to me. Which browser and version are you running? Windows XP comes with Internet Explorer 6 as standard but you might have upgraded to Internet Explorer 7 - you can check that by going to the 'Help' menu and then 'About Internet Explorer' (or whatever is relevant if you are using a completely different web browser application).
