Unhappy links received in outlook are cancelled due to restrictions

Hi, can anyone help with my problem? I'm using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 to open my emails, if they have a link in them that I want to use, when I click on it a message comes up "This Operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator" I am the administrator and its getting to me that I can only use these links be copying and pasting into the address bar.
Its probably quite a simply box that needs checking or unchecking somewhere, but I dont know where that is, can someone help? please!

See if this helps: You receive an error message when you click a hyperlink in Outlook
