New router needs info.

Hey again guys,
I just purchased a new Belkin G wireless router (basic home connectivity) and its Setup Assistant is asking me for some Internet Account Info that should have been given to me by my ISP. Is there a way to get the Username and password and service name without having to call up my internet provider? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks a ton guys.

Re: New router needs info.

If your connection requires a user name/password provided by your ISP then the only way you can find out what it is is from them be it by contacting them or a memo/letter from them, etc but it has to come from them. What type of internet are you using (ie cable, dsl, dial-up)?

Re: New router needs info.

You should have this info through your ISP.
