PS3 interference with Internet

For some reason, my PS3 boots my computer off the internet and its connection is shaky at best. Also, when I'm downloading something from the Playstation Network it'll just disconnect itself from the internet, and it can take me about 10 tries to get it to stay online and finish a download. Any settings I can change to prevent this?

Re: PS3 interference with Internet

Sorry I probably should've posted this in the PS3 game consoles section. My bad. Feel free to move it.
