If a website I have visited is deleted from my browser history, is it gone for good or is there a way i can find it again?

If you just did deleted it, you can try System Restore - but if it was longer than a week back, I would not use it as that may undo needed security changes.

You may also be able to recover the history through index.dat files, but that can be tricky, as seen here: How to Recover Deleted History in Windows | eHow.com

The other option is to use Google to search for terms you remember from that link - the more terms you enter in the search string, the more focused the search.
