Msn and Hotmail dont work on my laptop...

Msn and Hotmail are the only 2 things that dont work on my laptop anymore.. my girl friend had it in china and it was working well on msn, hotmail and the internet.. but when she came back and i plugged it back into the network we have.. all sites work but cant log on to msn or get into the hotmail site.. only on the laptop..
as i tried to log in on another pc.. connectted to the same network and it worked well..

Can you please tell me how to fix this problem..? o_O
