Can't open links now

My computer is clean and working great. My pop ups are being blocked - which is fine. However, I can't follow any links on websites. Such as looking for a photographer and click on the "Senior Pictures" portion to see their prices etc and it loads a blank page and says done on the bottom but nothing on the page. HSN sent me an email. I clicked on the link for a coupon to use and it wont do anything. Anything you can think of I can change to allow movement at websites?

I don't know which browser you are using but in the toolbar should be a preferences section or it may be called a options section. Find tabs and see if any of the boxes are checked that say open link in new tab or open link in new window.
