unable to download .torrent file

I have 2mbps connection
everything works fine but i cannot download .torrent file

i have tried 'save link as' option in firefox but the file never starts downloading

i have also inserted url in utorrent but this also fails

please help.

Sorry, but according to D-A-L Rules and Terms Of Service, Section B, Item 4,
