to remove avideo advert...

hai... i got this problem.how to remove this movie land video advertisement? it keep on coming to my web when i restart the computer.i had sign the agreement with them but did not use the trial they gave it to me...please help this ads cause me alots of problems.the ads says that if we subcribes the they stop the video ads at our side.thanks
