Just visiting from the Dark Side...

I posted a question elsewhere asking for help with a screensaver I created for a friend who has a Macintosh. I'll repost it here, which is really the place I should have posted in the beginning: can anyone direct me to a reliable and preferably free program that will convert the Windows file to something Mac-friendly?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Just visiting from the Dark Side...

I've sent this question out all over the known cyberverse, I even asked the old lady down the street if she had any clues (nosy old tart, she knows everything!) It was John Rizzo at Macwindows, finally, who broke the bad news. It can't be done.
Right. Plan B.
I've got the photos which I can send to my friend. They're just JPEGs. All she really needs is a Mac-based screensaver program, am I right? So what's a good free program for creating screensavers on Macs? Don't tell me there isn't one!

Paul, I "think" you're looking for something like this: http://iscreensaver.com

The problem is, I doubt a screensaver can be just a still image. It has to be a moving image IIRC.

NB: not free!!
