Macbook temperature control

is there any temperature controller in this macbook itself ? or cpu speed adjustment? do i have to download that software?

I'm not sure if there are any temperature controller for macbook itself, but I found 2 software that may provide what you need.

so i wanna cool down my macbook i should set the RPM to high or low ? my currently setting is lowest RPM and my computer is at 56degrees, i using smc.. i try it out myself i set it at 2500RPM will i burn up my internal fan from my macbook ?
