Question what's the most i could get out of a nvidia geforce mx-400 gfx card

hi,

i was wondering if i could overclock my nvidia geforce mx-400 gfx card. would it do any better to overclock, or would it just be a waste? Is there a way to change the DirectX level on the card, because directX 7.0 sucks.

thanks,

-LiEB0

i doubt it can support higher than DirectX 7.0. it can probably run games that uses DirectX9.0 and such but fully support it? i don't believe so.

overclocking it would mostly depend on your graphics card brand and such. the last i asked, i was informed that Asus cards perform better when overclocked.

it might be a good idea to experiment with overclocking this card, but the performance i doubt would improve that much. i'd say it would be better to grab a mid range graphics card like... the nVidia 7600?

heard the 8300 and 8600 is coming out so you might wanna wait.
